Welcome to StoryFromPic.shop. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Our Service

StoryFromPic.shop provides personalised children's storybook creation services. Upon receiving a photo and story preferences from you, we create a custom illustrated storybook PDF featuring your child as the hero of the story.

2. Eligibility

By using our service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child featured in the story
• You have the legal right to submit the photo you upload
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars ($). Current pricing:

• Single Story: $8.00 — 1 personalised storybook PDF
• 3-Story Bundle: $14.00 — 3 personalised storybook PDFs
• 5-Story Bundle: $25.00 — 5 personalised storybook PDFs (save 40%)

Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By completing a payment, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. StoryFromPic.shop does not store any payment card details.

All sales are final once the storybook has been delivered. Please review our refund policy below.

4. Delivery

Your personalised storybook PDF will be delivered to the email address you provide within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. In most cases, delivery occurs within 2–3 hours.

If you have not received your story within 24 hours, please contact us at support@storyfrompic.shop and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your story. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before delivery: Full refund if requested before the story has been created
• After delivery: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your story, contact us within 7 days and we will either regenerate the story or issue a full refund — no questions asked
• Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued if the story was created correctly based on the information you provided but you simply changed your mind

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use, print, and share your storybook for personal and family purposes. This includes:

• Printing at home or at a print shop for personal use
• Sharing digitally with family and friends
• Storing and re-downloading your own copy

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the storybook commercially
• Claim ownership of the illustrations or story text
• Use the story for commercial purposes without written permission

StoryFromPic.shop retains all intellectual property rights in the stories, illustrations, and creative content we produce.

7. Photo Usage

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have the legal right to use it
• You consent to us using the photo solely to create your personalised storybook
• The photo does not infringe on any third party's rights

We will never use your photos for any purpose other than creating your story. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how photos are handled and deleted.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to create content that is:

• Offensive, harmful, or inappropriate for children
• Defamatory, discriminatory, or hateful
• In violation of any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these guidelines without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

StoryFromPic.shop provides its service "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
